We, at Toma, believe that voice will be the most delightful interface for people to interact with AI. We’re on a mission to empower every business to seamlessly adopt AI and to create voice experiences that their customers will love.

Story

We’re Anthony, Junyu, and Monik. We’re 3 best friends who have worked together and have known each other for many years.

We started Toma in late 2023 after we saw, firsthand, that voice is a bottleneck for hundreds of businesses in providing great customer support, scheduling appointments, and answering FAQs.

We have extensive experience building large-scale customer messaging software, LLM applications, and conversational AI working at Scale, Uber, Lyft, Braze, and we believe that we can make the experience for both customers and business owners 10x better.
